Darren Bennett and Lilia Kopylova, hosts of the Get Up and Dance competition, are this year paired with OXO Mum and Loose Woman Lynda Bellingham and National Hunt Champion jockey Richard Dunwoody.

Darren, who won the ‘Strictly’ champion title in 2004 and the 2008 Christmas Special crown with Jill Halfpenny, is one of the UK’s best Latin dancers. His smooth as gravy samba moves make Darren the best partner to bring out Lynda’s inner dancing queen.

Jump Jockey Richard Dunwoody is teamed with the perfectly petite Lilia Kopylova, who when partnered with sportsmen in previous series has been crowned champion and runner up. The two will no doubt keep going until the final hurdle.

Every week during January and February 2010 cruise onboard Island Escape around the Canaries and there'll be two Latin dance classes a day covering salsa, jive, rumba and the cha cha cha.

Everyone is encouraged to have a go, whether you're a complete novice or a regular on the dancefloor.

And there's a chance to get competitive, too. At the end of each cruise there'll be a qualifying heat where you could win a FREE Grand Final cruise in April onboard with Darren Bennett and Lilia Kopylova.
